Tube Forming and
Welding
At the core of our precision tube manufacturing process lies the tube forming and welding mill. We begin with long mild steel strips, meticulously slit to the required dimensions. These strips are then fed through forming and sizing rollers, shaping them into cylindrical tubes with an open seam. Utilizing a high-frequency induction process, the seam is welded, and the tubes are cut to precise specifications. This entire process operates seamlessly and continuously, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Our ERW tubes are engineered to withstand demanding mechanical operations such as bending, flattening, notching, and welding, while their superior surface finish minimizes preparation for plating or painting.
Cold Rolling
Our cold rolling process commences with hot rolled coils, which undergo pickling in acid to eliminate surface impurities. The material is then cold rolled to achieve the customer’s desired thickness. Subsequently, the steel is slit to the customer’s precise width specifications, meticulously packed, and prepared for delivery.
