Shivam Steels and Tubes operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the industrial hub of Chakan, MIDC, Maharashtra. Our sprawling facility spread over 24,000 square meters, is certified with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
With high-speed slitting lines 1650mm wide, four cold rolling tube mills, Automatic CNC cutting machines cutting 1.8 million parts/ month, and a CTL line 1250 mm width, the facility produces a range of round, square, rectangular, elliptical, and oval tubes. In 2022, we added a Cold rolling complex with a Cold Rolling Mill capable of handling widths up to 700mm and thickness from 0.3mm to 2.5mm. We produce CRCA, CRFH, Pre-Galvanized and HRPO, slits, sheets, baby coils, and other industry requirements. Equipped with 8 modern EOT cranes capable of handling loads between 5MT and 30MT and storage systems, the facility handles and moves goods seamlessly.
These precision-manufactured tubes, which range from CRCA, Galvanized, and CRFH to HRPO, are rolled out at speeds of up to 80 meters per minute. The facility handles thicknesses between 0.6mm and 4mm, with diameters ranging from 10mm to 100mm. With an installed capacity of 40,000 metric tons and a current running operational capacity of 35,000 metric tons annually, Shivam Steels and Tubes meets the growing demands of diverse industries.

Inhouse Testing
At Shivam Steels and Tubes, quality is embedded into every phase of production. Testing begins with a thorough inspection of raw materials, where chemical composition and mechanical properties are carefully analyzed. Each phase of production follows strict process guidelines to ensure consistency and reliability.
